About PUMP60
Why I built this

Steve Novak
Founder
I'm 47 with three daughters. A year ago I was overweight, and I'd committed to getting to the gym on a routine. I just had no idea what to do once I got there. Rows of machines, a hundred options, and no plan. A personal trainer would have fixed that. I couldn't afford one.
What I wanted was simple: a plan I could pull up every day and follow. At the gym. At home with the couple of dumbbells I own. In a hotel room with nothing. I tried asking AI, and it would answer one question at a time, but it didn't remember what I'd done yesterday, didn't track anything, and I had to prompt it for every step. A search engine, not a coach.
So I built the coach I couldn't afford. Lindsey builds the session around what I've got, remembers what I lifted, makes sure I'm working my whole body instead of repeating last week, and I can talk to her mid-set: ask what's next, or say my shoulder's complaining and have her change the session around it.
A year on, I'm forty pounds lighter. If you train alone and you've stood in a gym not knowing where to start, this is for you.
What it is
Strength training in intervals. Say “forty minutes, legs, no barbell” and it builds the session, runs the clock, and remembers what you lifted — so next time starts from there, not from zero.
Lindsey is the coach. She's an AI, not a person. On paid plans she talks you through every block out loud and answers you mid-set.
What it doesn't do
No meal plans. No calorie counting. No leaderboard, no feed, no watch sync. It does one thing — the session — and tries to do it well.
