Question 1

What happens after my 3 free workouts?

Accepted Answer

You keep them. Run them again, save them as templates, and use the timer and the library for as long as you like. Standard adds new AI-built sessions — 10 a day.

Question 2

What happens when I run out of coaching minutes?

Accepted Answer

Your workout keeps going — the clock doesn't need her. Lindsey just can't call in until your minutes reset on the 1st of the month. The app warns you when 20 minutes are left.

Question 3

Is Lindsey a recording, or real-time AI?

Accepted Answer

Real-time AI. She hears what you say and answers in the moment. She isn't a recording and she isn't a person. The voice runs on Vapi, with speech and language models from ElevenLabs and OpenAI.

Question 4

Won't an AI coach get repetitive?

Accepted Answer

She doesn't read a script, and the sessions change. Each new build steers away from the exercises in your last few sessions, and she answers what you actually say — too heavy, shoulder complaining, out of time.

Question 5

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade → Manage billing opens Stripe's billing page; cancel there. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. No email, no phone call.

Question 6

Do I need to download anything?

Accepted Answer

No. It runs in your phone's browser, iPhone or Android. Add it to your home screen, and keep the screen on while you train — a locked phone can't chime.

Question 7

Who's behind PUMP60?

Accepted Answer

Steve Novak, through his company Tech-D Enterprises. He built it because he couldn't afford a trainer and wanted a plan he could follow. There's more on the About page.
